Joining AAAPCC

Membership shall be open to:

· Full members—Advisers (or their Anglican equivalent) who have been officially appointed by their Dioceses and/ or Bishops

· Associate members— those who are deemed by the Executive Committee to be working in an equivalent sphere e.g., employees of ecumenical bodies of which the Anglican Church is a member can be nominated by two existing full members and be approved by the Executive Committee as Associate members, as can all those interested in furthering the work of the Association. Associate members are not eligible to vote or to accept office in AAAPCC.

· Attendance at the Annual General Meeting is open to all members; but voting is limited to one member from each Diocese or that member’s designated substitute, or the equivalent employee designated substitute of an ecumenical body

· Approval or otherwise of an application for membership, and termination of membership are within the right of that body hereinafter called the Executive Committee, provided that when a termination is proposed, the member has the right to be heard by the said Committee before a final decision is made.

· The Annual General Meeting may invite people to become Honorary Members or Honorary Presidents of the AAAPCC.

 

Membership of AAAPCC offers the opportunity of becoming involved in and influencing the future activities of the Association, including participation in conferences.
