Diocesan provision of counselling: The Diocese is currently formulating a WellBeing Policy for all those licensed for ministry within the Diocese. The Policy provides access to resources and support across the whole range of care for the individual, from ongoing training to spiritual direction and counselling. Limited provision is also offered to partners and family of those licensed for ministry. The review, implementation and maintenance of the policy is being done under the guidance of the Diocesan Director for Ministry.
