From time to time, both experienced
and recently ordained clergy value the opportunity of
reflecting in a theological way on both the routine and
sometimes unexpected demands of parish life.
Sharing these experiences with an appropriately
qualified colleague can help to manage the work related stress more
effectively and help the person concerned find new meaning within their
difficulties, both of which can lead to fresh strengths and resources being
identified.
